In applications requiring high speed and travel, PECODEA offers full traction lift systems or individual components, backed by warranty and fully accomplished to the requirements of European legislation. The traction lift system mainly constists of the machine, the machine’s base(bed) and the diversion pulley (when needed). The framework for mounting the enclosure (chassis), the framework counterweight, the regulator, drivers, cables, the deposits etc.

The available traction machines are:

• Two speed
• VVVF
• Gearless VVVF (ΜRL)

Mechanical Parts/Components of Traction Lift

The development of electronic technology in controlling the speed of motors (VVVF) has created new standards for “conventional” lifts. They are used cases that require long travel and high speeds, ensuring smooth changes in speed and high accuracy in equalization between cabin and floors. The machin, coupled with mounting frames(chassis) and other components like (overload, overspeed governors, guide rails, wire ropes), form a highly reliable and functional traction list system.
